Our breast plates and neck collars are handcrafted to order based on the size, style, and colours you select. Because these items are custom-built, we do not offer refunds or returns for:- Change of mind- Incorrect size chosen- Colour choice errors- Delays caused by build times or postage carriers

Because our breast plates and collars are handcrafted specifically for your working dog, you have a 24-hour window from the time of purchase to request changes to: - Colour - Size - Style - Add-ons / custom adjustments After 24 hours, your order enters the build queue and materials are prepared, such changes can no longer be made. Faulty or Defective Items
If you believe your item is faulty or defective, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.You must provide:- Photos of the issue- Your order name or number- A short description of the fault
If the fault is due to materials or workmanship, we will repair, replace, or refund the item at our discretion.Once an item has been worn, used, or taken into working/hunting conditions, we cannot offer refunds or returns, as wear-related damage cannot be assessed as a manufacturing fault.Damage caused by misuse, incorrect sizing, improper fitting, or hunting incidents is not considered a manufacturing fault.
Incorrect Items Received
if you recieve an incorrect size, style, colour, or product we will:- Issue a correction and replace the item - Or fix the error at no cost to you
- The item must be returned to our workshop prior to a replacement being issued. We will supply return details and assist with the process once notified.

Wear & Tear
Hunting dog gear undergoes extreme conditions. Normal wear and tear is not covered under refunds or returns.This includes:- Cuts or punctures from wild pigs- Damage caused by scrub, fences, barbed wire- Chewing damage- Excessive strain on buckles or straps
Any discoloration, fading, material softening, or cosmetic changes that occur over time due to sun exposure, mud, water, rough terrain, or general use are classified as normal wear and tear and are not covered under this policy.

Custom Orders
Custom sizing, custom colours, or custom designs cannot be refunded or returned unless faulty.
Order Cancellations
Because items begin construction shortly after ordering, cancellations can only be accepted within 24 hours of purchase.

If a return or exchange is approved, you are responsible for postage costs unless the item is confirmed to be faulty or we made an error.
